Conferences, Symposiums & Events
"Oldways' conferences and symposiums are absolutely unique experiences—a fusion of nutrition science and practice."

Oldways started exploring the concept of the Mediterranean Diet in 1991 and introduced the Mediterranean Diet pyramind in 1993. Since those first years, we've held more than 40 events to further and promote the "Gold-Standard" Mediterranean eating pattern.
