Prosciutto/Salmon Wraps

This simple dish calls for your choice of proscitto or salmon making it a simple, versatile appetizer.

Ingredients

2 ripe Fresh California avocados, seeded and peeled

8 slices prosciutto or smoked salmon

Fresh lemon or lime

 

Instructions

Cut each avocado into 8 slices. Diagonally wrap each slice with a piece of prosciutto or salmon. Arrange wraps on serving platter, garnish with lemon or lime and serve.
