Pasta with Tuna, Olives & Capers

An amazingly tasty dish that's amazingly easy to prepare!

Ingredients

½ pound pasta of your choice, cooked “al dente”

1 pinch of salt

1 (6-ounce) can tuna fish, drained

1 (4-ounce) can sliced black olives, drained

8 basil leaves

8 teaspoons Lucini® Premium Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil™

Capers to taste

Instructions

Add sea salt and pasta to 2 quarts of boiling water. Cook pasta according to package directions. Stir occasionally. While pasta is cooking, drain tuna fish and break small pieces into large serving bowl. Add olives, capers, basil leaves and LUCINI Olive Oil. Stir. Drain the pasta when “al dente” and add to ingredients in bowl. Stir again.

Note: To serve as a cold dish, drain pasta under cold water before adding to remaining ingredients.
